All the wines come from the Campania region of Italy. Some of the wines come from vines that are grown in the fertile volcanic soil in the shadow of Mt. Vesuvius, others from the more mountainous area surrounding Avellino, and others still from the islands in the bay of Napoli.  Most are from indigenous grapes that have been growing there since the Greeks brought viniculture to the area over 2,500 years ago, and Campania was the heart of Roman wine industry whose wines were famous and much sought after across the entire empire.

The French have been growing wine that expresses their land for over 600 years, the Neapolitans have been doing it for over 2,000 years and have produced amazing wines that truly express the unique 'terroir' of this beautiful land.

The wines that we sell in Ferrara are all wines that we discovered while eating and drinking in and around Napoli.  Some we heard about in magazines and reviews, others were recommended to us by owners of trattorias and enotecas, some were revealed to us by family, Grazie Mille Diego!!!

All of them have impressed us, I hope they give you as much pleasure as they gave us.
