Silvia Imparato inherited her family's small wine estate in the south of Campania.  She completely renovated both the vineyard and the winery, and most importantly hired Riccardo Cotarella, one of Italy's most celebrated winemakers.  The combination of his expertise, Silvia's uncompromising search for perfection, and the superb terroir culminated in a wine that went straight to the top of the charts in both Italy and America.  Today it enjoys cult status as one of Italy's most sought after reds.

They only produce the one wine, however with the arrival of Silvia's grandson Giacomo in 2006 a limited production reserve of 3,000 bottles was produced.

The success of the wine internationally has propelled the estate to stardom.
