Viticoltori del Casavecchia is a farmers co-operative based just north of the town of Caserta in the foothills of the Appennino mountains.  A handful of producers have started working with the rediscovered casavecchia grape in recent years, and Viticoltori del Casavecchia are one of the first.

Headed by they specialise in working with the casavecchia grape making a number of reds and a rosé, as well as a single white from the Pallagrello grape.

The farms are located within the area where the grape was rediscovered as a wild vine.  The soil is X and is highly suited to the compliment the rustic charm of the casavecchia grape with it dark peppery character.
