Ten years ago the unfashionable Volpe Pasini winery was purchased by Emilio Rotolo and within three years had had a huge impact on the quality of the wines coming from this part of North Eastern Italy.

The cantine has been in existence of many centuries but now it is producing a fantastic range of white and red wines, using both indigenous grapes and some international varieties also.  The 52 hectares of land are divide into 60% white and 40% red.
