Canonica e Cerreto
Sandiavolo
|
The Lorenzi family's crown jewel is this stylish Super Tuscan, made from ⅓ Cabernet, Merlot and Sangiovese. It is made in a modern style with some deeply extracted fruit flavours and a smoothness coming from two years in oak.
This wine will age very well and is best after 2009, but will really only start to come into its own after 2011. We recommend that you decant it at least an hour before hand or decant it back into its bottle an hour or two before drinking.
